We operate multiple e-Stores for our shoppers from different parts of the world. The country specific e-Stores cater to shoppers from a particular country and the neighbouring areas by offering localized services. Lately, we’ve introduced localized Return Centres in few countries through our Business Facilitators, where shoppers from that particular country can return damaged or flawed products to our Business Facilitators through the Return Centre. Similarly, we aim to offer many such localized services to our shoppers to enable easier online shopping experience.
However, the cost of operations differs with each country and this compels us to modify the product prices in our e-Stores. Thus, there would be a marginal price difference for the same product between our e-Stores. At the same time, we ensure that the price difference is not significant between our various e-Stores so that all our shoppers worldwide get the best value for money.
