In case if your bust size is above 40, please click the CUSTOM button which would take you to the "Custom Stitched Organza Printed Saree" page and you can select your bust size and order for the same. Hi, this is not a pre-stitched saree and as this is a Ready-to-wear saree with stitched blouse we cannot alter the blouse to full sleeves. However, you can click on the custom button and that would take you to the same design saree with customisation options.
