We have a Liberal Returns Policy
- Any complaint with regards to damage, fit / size, different product should be reported by filing the Feedback Reporting Form or by calling at +1-732-456-6633 within 48 hrs of the receipt of the products. It is mandatory to upload the digital picture of the garments highlighting the problem area and the original tags
- You can send back the item you have purchased to us in its original condition and tags in the same package within 7 days. Returns reported beyond 7 days are not eligible.
- Products reported for returns will be verified using the images uploaded by the customer in the RAF form along with the original tag image.
- Returns are accepted upon successful submission of the Feedback Reporting Form, available under our returns policy page, within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
- We recommend you to use your respective local postal services with tracking details only, in order to return. Only in case of an error from Cbazaar, share the return shipping receipt to get the return charges reimbursed.
- It’s mandatory to report the issue within 48 hrs to the Customer Care team ([email protected]) by uploading the images/pictures of the product you wish to return showing clearly the problem area and the Presence of original tags which is must in the RAF.
- Orders for fabrics are not eligible for returns as per our returns policy, since fabrics are cut based on the customers request and hence cannot be returned unless a different fabric or a damaged fabric was sent.
- All reimbursements/compensations happen in the form of store credits only.

- 4: Did not like the product
STEPS TO RETURN:
Step 1 (Mandatory): Fill the self explanatory Feedback Reporting Form to initiate the returns within 7 days from the date of receipt of the products.
Step 2: Select the reason for the return along with product images with tags and the images of problem area you wish to return and submit the online Returns authorization form
Step 3: Our Feedback Expert will review the submitted feedback reporting form and revert within 48 hrs with the most viable solution!
- Returns reported & initiated post 7 days from the day of delivery of the product will not be eligible for returns.
- Customers are requested to attach the product images in the right manner while uploading in the Returns authorization form as per the reason selected for returns. Ex: In case of bust size issue, kindly place the garment on a flat surface with an inch tape (for measuring) exactly one inch below the armhole and measure the garment from left corner to right corner and take the picture. - In case of returns due to change in the customer's mind, shall attract handling & processing charges, which include up to 25% of the product cost, the shipping charges of the product & customization charges if any.
Refund on Returns
- At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the product cost.
- For orders placed using Bank Transfer payment method, the refunds would be issued only as gift Vouchers in full, without any deductions!
- Upon identifying that products were returned for the following reasons a) Did not like it b) Customer ordered incorrect size/measurements, such returns will attract handling & processing charges, that include up to 25% of the product cost, the shipping charges of the product & customization charges if any.
- Refund on returns from Canada & Europe will not include the custom charges which were initially paid by Cbazaar at the time of delivering the product, as the duties paid were to the local government.
Terms and Conditions:
- Returns are accepted only upon successful submission of the Feedback Reporting Form.
- The customization charges & shipping charges are non-refundable for customized/Tailored products (In case the issue was not from Cbazaar end)
- Design it Yourself (DIY) products, custom made/stitched clothing, including readymade stitched Sarees or Sarees stitched with custom blouse, Jewels, are not eligible for Returns!
- We do not accept any returns initiated post 7 days from the receipt of the product.
- Products purchased under a clearance sale will not be eligible for returns!
- All products should be returned in original condition with their tags intact as attached in the dress. Presence of original tags is a must to accept returns and initiate the refund process
- In case of identifying that the product was used and returned (by presence of body odour & perfume), 25% product cost deduction, in spite of returns within timelines.
- In case of garments identified as used and returned post 7 days from the receipt of the product, will not be eligible for returns.
- It is mandatory for the customer to email us few images/pictures of the products they wish to return. This will help us review the case and provide immediate solution.
- Customers are required to report non delivery of any shipment within 7 days from the delivery date in order to track the shipment. Non adherence to this will be considered as the product is delivered.
- Returns are based on case to case basis hence do not initiate returns unless the customer care team responds back with the Return authorization email accepting the goods for returns. Returns without the same will not be entertained
- In case of alteration of a product as requested by the customer, we shall take 21-30 days to receive the product & alter it and then reship it back to you.
