Cbazaar Return Policy
At Cbazaar, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions regarding refunds and returns.
Return Process
- Reporting the issue: Report any issues (damage, fit, size, or incorrect product) within 48 hours of receipt. Use the Return Authorisation Form (RAF) or call +1-732-456-6633. Include digital photos of the issue and original tags.
- Return Approval: Do NOT return or alter any item(s) without prior confirmation from our Customer Support. If your return has not been approved by our Customer support member, we reserve the right to deny your return, and your package will be returned to you at your own cost.
- Return Window: Customers must initiate returns within 48 hours of receiving the product and return within 14 days of receipt. Ensure items are in original condition with tags attached.
- Postal Services: Use local postal services with tracking for returns. For Cbazaar errors, share the return shipping receipt for reimbursement of return charges.
- Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all tags attached and it must contain the ORDER ID for us to identify the returned item.
- Item Receipt: A refund as a store credit will only be issued once we receive your item for return with ORDER ID and Return Authorisation Form RAF ID. We are not liable for packages lost in transit or undelivered by your chosen return carrier.
- Bulk Orders: Orders placed at wholesale prices or in bulk, as well as those purchased at a discounted rate, are not eligible for returns. No returns will be accepted for these types of purchases.
- Final Sale: Jewelry is a final sale item and cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
- Fabrics: Fabrics are not eligible for returns according to our policy, as they are custom-cut based on the customer's request. Returns are only accepted if a different fabric or a damaged fabric is received.
Refund Methods
- Store Credit: All refunds for returned items will be processed in the form of store credits only.
- Bank Transfer Orders: For orders placed using Bank Transfer, refunds will be issued exclusively as Store Credit, with no deductions applied.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% of the total purchase price will be applied to returns that are not due to product defects or errors on our part. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- No Refund: Refunds will not be processed if the returned products are not in their original condition. This includes instances where items are worn, damaged, altered, or not returned as a complete set. In such cases, the products will be re-shipped to the customer.
- Processing Time: Refunds issued as store credits are processed within 15 days of receiving and verifying the returned items.
- Maximum Refund Amount: Refunds will not exceed the actual value of the product purchased.
Conditions for Returns
- Customer Preferences: If products are returned due to reasons such as "did not like the product" or "ordered incorrect size/measurements," the refund will be issued as store credit for future purchases. Please note that if the order includes Free Stitching or Free Shipping or any other Offer, these costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Customization Charges: Any customization or tailoring charges incurred during the order process are non-refundable
- International Returns: Refunds for returns from Canada and Europe will exclude any customs charges initially paid by the company, as these duties are non-recoverable from local governments.
- Exclusions: Certain items may be non-returnable, such as personalized products or items on clearance. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility.
Local Alteration Charges Reimbursement Policy
Cbazaar offers reimbursement for local alteration charges in the form of store credits or refunds, provided customers follow the guidelines below:
- Pre-Approval Required: Customers must seek approval from Cbazaar's customer care team before proceeding with any local alterations. Contact customer care at care(@)cbazaar.com to get this approval.
- Confirmation: Do not proceed with local alterations until you receive a confirmation email from Cbazaar customer care. Without this confirmation, Cbazaar will not be liable for any reimbursement.
- Reimbursement Limits: The reimbursement for local alterations is capped at $30 USD per product or 50% of the product's cost, whichever is lower. Note that the amount reimbursed will be converted to the currency in which the payment was made.
- Final Decision: Cbazaar reserves the right to review and finalize the alteration charges before processing the reimbursement.
Delivery Delays
Unforeseen Circumstances: In cases where delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or public holidays, The company will not process refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Customer Support
Limited Alternatives: Our Customer Care representatives will offer limited alternatives for returns based on the circumstances described above.
Shipping Charges
Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping and express shipping charges paid at the time of ordering are non-refundable.
2-day delivery: The 2-day delivery fee is non-refundable in case of returns.
