Hi, this lehenga and its blouse can be custom stitched to bust 42 inches. Choli Length(In Inches): 15.0; Lehenga Length(In Inches): 44.0. The lehenga fabrics come as a set of dupatta, blouse, and skirt fabrics, We do not have the option to order more fabrics as they are pre-embroidered fabrics. Thanks.

Hi, we normally do not do bust size 30 for adult designs as the embroidery gets cut and the design changes. If you are fine with the change in the final design due to the smaller size, you can give the measurements in the special instruction of the measurement form. Thanks.
