Hi, please select the size based on your bust size. This value is in inches. There is a video that explains how to measure your bust. Once u select the size, please enter your height and click on ADD TO CART. Once you do add to the cart, you can go to your cart by clicking on the black cart icon on the top right corner. From your shopping cart, you can proceed by entering the shipping address and then make your payments. Hi, if you require lining on the sleeves please go with custom size stitching option and when you submit the measurements, please mention in the special instruction box to add lining on the sleeves. We normally do not add the lining to the sleeves under Ready Size Stitching option. Thanks.
