ORDER PROCESS
- The products displayed on our website are available for purchase but do not constitute direct offers.
- Your order will be created once the online payment is successfully completed. We will then process the order and dispatch the products in accordance with the specified delivery dates.
- Your order becomes a confirmed purchase only when we dispatch your selected products.
- We accept payments via Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, PayPal, and others (availability depends on your country).
- If a product is unavailable, you can request a full or partial refund or opt for store credit for future purchases. We will adjust the refund amount if there’s a price difference.
- Once you place your order, you’ll receive an acknowledgment email, followed by updates on its progress.
PAYMENT
- We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.
- For security reasons, your billing name and address must match the details on the card used for payment. If they do not match, we may cancel and refund your order.
- The price of our products and services stays the same no matter where they are delivered.
- For shipments to the USA, UK, Europe, and Canada, taxes and customs duties are included in the price.
- For other countries, customers must pay any applicable taxes and customs duties, as explained in our International Delivery policy.
- Shipping charges will be added at checkout unless stated otherwise in a promotional offer.
- The estimated shipping cost is based on expected charges and may vary depending on package weight, size, destination, and other factors.
- To comply with customs laws and make the process easier for you, we assign a minimum dollar or pound value to any free product included in your order.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- We ship across the U.S. and internationally. Check our Shipping Policy for available countries and prices.
- All international orders follow our Terms and Conditions. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
- Shipping charges apply to all orders but may be waived during promotions. Delivery time depends on the address and stock availability. If there are issues with your order, we will contact you, so please provide the correct phone number and email.
- If you're not home, the courier may leave a note, deliver it to a neighbor, or return the parcel to the depot. You must arrange re-delivery or pickup.
- Undelivered parcels can be refunded for items only, but reshipping requires an additional charge.
- If a parcel remains unclaimed for over 15 days, it may be destroyed by the courier, and no refunds will be given.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, strikes, transport issues, customs clearance, or incorrect address details. Refunds for late deliveries will not be provided in such cases.
Local Alterations Charges Reimbursement Details :
Cbazaar may reimburse alteration charges as store credit or a refund, but only with a valid receipt emailed to care(@)cbazaar.com
- Customers are supposed to get in touch with the customer care team to get the approval for alterations if any, before they proceed with any local alterations
- Customers must get approval from customer care before making any local alterations. Do not proceed without confirmation.
- Reimbursement is up to $30 per product or 50% of the product cost, whichever is lower.
- To claim reimbursement, email the alteration receipt to care(@)cbazaar.com.
- Cbazaar has the final say on reimbursement approval.
CLEARANCE SALE
- The products ordered in Clearance Sale cannot be canceled once an order is placed.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Some countries have import restrictions. Check with your local customs before ordering. We are not responsible for delays or issues due to customs or legal restrictions and may refuse orders if delivery seems restricted.
- We follow English law on data protection and privacy, which may differ from your country’s laws. Your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
- Prices include taxes and customs duties for the USA, UK, Europe, and Canada, so no extra charges apply at delivery. In other countries, taxes and duties are unpaid, and customers may need to pay customs fees before delivery. Additional charges may apply based on local laws.
- Prices remain the same for all countries. Payments can be made in any available currency, but your card issuer may charge a fee if you don’t pay in your local currency.

ORDER DELAY / CANCELLATIONS DUE TO DELAY
- Cbazaar ethnic fashion products are handcrafted through multiple steps like weaving, dyeing, embroidery, and tailoring. Due to this complex process, some orders may get delayed if the product doesn't meet expected quality, and we may seek your approval.
- If our team finds incorrect measurements, we may ask you to recheck them, which can also cause delays.
- Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
RETURNS
We try to avoid returns and may ask for pictures of custom-made items to improve quality. However, we offer an Easy Return Policy for your convenience.
Returnable Items: All items except custom-designed outfits, DIY items, and designer pieces.
How to Return:
- Submit a request through the Return Authorization Form (RAF) within 15 days of delivery.
- The return address is in the RAF form.
- Use the same login details as your order.
- Returns sent after 15 days will not be accepted.
Important Notes:
- For alterations, do not use the RAF form—email care(@)cbazaar.com instead.
- Ship returns via your local post office or courier.
- Keep the postage receipt and insure the package, as we are not responsible until the item reaches us.
REFUNDS
- Refunds are processed within 15 days after return verification.
- The amount is refunded using the same payment method.
- Delays may occur during sales or festive seasons.
- Refunds are only processed if the product is returned with tags and in original condition.
- Refunds will not exceed the product value.
- Returns sent to our U.S. center undergo a mandatory check before processing refunds as store credits or direct refunds.
- For Buy 1 Get 1 Free or Buy 1 Get 2 Free offers or Buy 2 Get 1 Free offers, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

STORE CREDIT
- Store credit is added to your Cbazaar account and can be used for future purchases.
- It applies to Refund Store Credit, Cashback Store Credit, and Feedback Store Credit.
- You must log in to use store credit. Guest users need to register using the forgot password option.
- Check available store credit under My Account > Store Credit.
- At checkout, select store credit before finalizing payment.
- If your order total is less than your store credit, the remaining amount stays in your account.
- If your order total is more than your store credit, you need to pay the balance using other payment methods.
- Store credit cannot be used with bank transfers (this feature will be available soon).
DIWALI PROMISE
Orders will be processed in accordance with the terms & conditions of the sale. You have our assurance that the product(s) you have ordered will reach your doorstep before Diwali. Despite our best efforts, certain uncontrollable situations might arise, causing delays as we are also dependent on third-party services to deliver goods across the globe. We request your patience and understanding under such unavoidable circumstances.
- Orders with dispatch date before the 16th October 2025 are the ones eligible for the Diwali Promise
- Customers are liable to bear the customs/excise duty & charges if levied at the destination.
- Cbazaar will not be responsible for any delays caused due to Customs/Excise formalities, natural calamity or a political turbulence.
- Products with customization (Tailoring/stitching), will not be eligible for returns as per the Diwali promise
- Customers are requested to submit all the precise measurements within 48 hrs from the time order is placed, also customers are requested to revert for any approval or clarifications raised by Cbazaar within 48 hours from the time Cbazaar contacts you.
- In the case of orders for which the measurements have not been submitted completely or partially even after 48 hours of placing the order, Cbazaar holds the right to cancel the order or process the order with Cbazaar Standard Measurements. For canceled orders, store credits will be issued
- All refunds will be processed only in the form of store credits, which will be credited to your Cbazaar account.In case of an unexpected or unfortunate situation leading to the order delay, we will keep you informed and updated about your order status. You may also pick an alternate product so that your Diwali celebrations may go on as planned.
CHRISTMAS PROMISE
Orders will be processed in accordance with the terms & conditions of the sale. You have our assurance that the product(s) you have ordered will reach your doorstep before Christmas which is on 25th December 2017. Despite our best efforts, certain uncontrollable situations might arise, causing delays. We request your patience and understanding under such unavoidable circumstances.
- Orders placed before 22nd December 2017 will be eligible for the Christmas Promise
- Customers are liable to bear the customs/excise duty & charges if levied at the destination.
- Cbazaar will not be responsible under Christmas Promise for any delays caused due to Customs/Excise formalities, any natural calamity & any political turbulence.
- Products with customization (stitching), will not be eligible for returns as per the Christmas promise
- Measurement submission and clarifications (if any) - Customers are requested to submit all the precise measurements while placing an order and in case of any measurements clarifications , they are requested to submit it within 72 hours from the time of being contacted by Cbazaar customer care team.
- In the case of orders for which the measurements have not been submitted completely or partially even after 72 hours of placing the order, Cbazaar holds the right to cancel the order/Process it under standard measurements and issue store credits accordingly for the cancelled products.
- We will keep you informed and updated in case of any unfortunate/unplanned delays that might occur at the manufacturing unit from our end. In such a case you will be assisted with picking an alternate product so that your Christmas celebrations may go on as planned.
- All refunds will be processed only in the form of store credits to your Cbazaar account.
