If you wish to become our vendor, please get in touch with the buying team. To do so please fill up the vendor registration form on your left hand side of the screen. If the business suits our needs, the buyers would get in touch with you and visit you to understand the products better.

The product that is sourced by the buying team could be launched as one collection at our website, www.cbazaar.com or launched as part of a collection, that already exists on our websites. The buying team majorly focuses on launching products, that belong to 2 major categories.

If we mutually agree to go ahead with the business, you would be asked to sign the Vendor Registration Form ( VRF) The VRF would address to all payment terms/ Schedules/ Debit notes/ Supply Conditions etc. Any discussion with regards to pricing/ discounts can be taken up with the buyer during due course of discussion.

Modes of Product Launch

Exclusive Catalogs:

These are a collection of products that is launched exclusively for Cbazaar. The products are not listed at any other website. The vendors can choose to give their products as exclusive monopoly to Cbazaar. Catalogs can be forwarded to Cbazaar.

Shoot and Launch:

Alternately, our buyers would visit vendors and choose products from the warehouse. These products are then shot by us, on our in-house model and launched as collection. The products are either returned back to the vendor and orders are placed as and when orders are received.

Shoot and SOR (Sale or Return) :

The prime difference between Shoot and Launch and Shoot and SOR is the products that are chosen by our buyers to be launched as exclusive products is stored at our warehouse for a period of 30- 45 days, after shoot. In the shoot and SOR, the products are displayed as Ready to ship on our websites, which results in an increase in the sales.

Modes of Supply:

Just in time ( JIT) as we refer to, covers 80% of our orders from Vendors. The products are launched on our websites with a specific shipping lead time as committed by the vendors. The PO's are placed after the order is placed by a customer. The vendors would have to dispatch the products to our warehouse, on receiving the PO, before the committed shipping lead time, during launch of the catalog.

The sale or return model represents 20% of the supply mode @ cbazaar. As the term suggests, its Sale or Return. The Vendor moves stock of products to the cbazaar warehouses. Quality is checked and the products with the right quality are stored in our warehouses and promoted as ready to ship products to our customers. The SOR term period is 30 days. The extension of SOR stock is done on mutual discussion with the vendors, in case of stock left at the end of 30 days. SOR track sheets with sales reports are forwarded twice a month to the vendors.

The least mode of supply is contributed by the out right mode of supply. This forms 10% of the overall supply mode. We buy only products, that are exclusive, not easily available/ reproducible as outright stock.
