We offer Free International shipping for purchases above the mentioned value. We take care of all custom import duties and taxes on behalf of our customers. For delivery into United States, Canada & United Kingdom we pay taxes and duties at the time of import and you don't have to pay any import duties or taxes. However for customers from other countries, our pricing does not cover custom duties and taxes. Hence customers in these countries are required to make payment for local duties and taxes themselves.
Cbazaar offers two return programmes to give you flexibility and peace of mind when shopping for Indian occasion wear. The Cbazaar Value Guarantee (CVG) is our premium value recovery programme, and the Standard Return is our traditional return process. Both are explained in full below.
The Cbazaar Value Guarantee is a paid programme that allows customers in the United States to recover 40% of an outfit’s value as store credit — after wearing it to their event. It is designed to make owning Indian occasion wear more affordable than renting.
CVG is available on single-unit purchases only. Bulk orders, squad orders, and wholesale purchases are not eligible. CVG must be selected and paid for at the time of checkout. This programme applies only to orders shipped to the United States.
Customers enrolled in CVG may initiate a return within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. This supersedes the standard 48-hour reporting window for CVG-enrolled items only. Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery will not qualify for CVG store credit.
Upon receipt and verification of the returned item, 40% of the item’s purchase price will be issued as Cbazaar store credit within 24 hours. Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Store credit is linked to the customer’s registered Cbazaar account used at the time of purchase and can only be redeemed when logged in to the same account. Store credit is non-transferable.
Items must be returned in good condition with all original components, tags, and packaging intact. Items that are damaged, stained, altered, or returned incomplete will not qualify for CVG store credit.
Items returned under the CVG programme are never resold to other customers. Cbazaar is actively working with recycling and upcycling organisations to give returned items a second life at no cost — as part of our ongoing commitment to sustainable fashion practices.
The CVG fee is $10 per item at the time of purchase and is non-refundable under all circumstances. The CVG fee is subject to change; the current applicable fee will always be reflected at checkout on cbazaar.com.
CVG customers retain the right to initiate a standard return under Cbazaar’s standard return policy. Standard return terms, conditions, and restocking fees apply. CVG store credit will not be issued for items returned under the standard return process.
The Cbazaar Standard Return allows customers to return items within 48 hours of receipt for store credit. Please read the terms below carefully before initiating a standard return.
Report any issues - including damage, incorrect fit, size discrepancy, or wrong product received — within 48 hours of receipt. Use the Return Authorisation Form (RAF) in your account or call +1-732-456-6633. Include digital photos of the issue along with the original tags.
Do not return or alter any item without prior written confirmation from Cbazaar Customer Support. Unapproved standard returns will be denied and the package will be returned to the customer at their own cost.
Customers must initiate a standard return within 48 hours of receiving the product and physically return the item within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.
Use local postal services with tracking for all standard returns. For returns due to Cbazaar errors, share the return shipping receipt and we will reimburse the return charges.
Items submitted for standard return must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached. The package must include the garment label showing the Item ID and Order ID for identification.
Store credit will only be issued once we receive the returned item with the garment label showing the Item ID and Order ID, along with the Return Authorisation Form (RAF) ID. Cbazaar is not liable for packages lost in transit.
Orders placed at wholesale prices, in bulk, or purchased at a discounted rate are not eligible for standard returns.
Jewellery is a final sale item and cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Fabrics are not eligible for standard returns as they are custom-cut to the customer’s specifications. Returns are only accepted if a different or damaged fabric is received.
All refunds for standard returned items are processed as store credits only. Store credit is linked to the customer’s registered Cbazaar account used at the time of purchase and can only be redeemed when logged in to the same account.
For orders placed via bank transfer, refunds will be issued exclusively as store credit with no deductions applied.
A restocking fee of 10% of the total purchase price will be applied to standard returns that are not due to product defects or errors on Cbazaar’s part. This fee will be deducted from the store credit issued.
Refunds will not be processed if returned products are not in their original condition — including items that are worn, damaged, altered, or not returned as a complete set. Such items will be re-shipped to the customer.
Store credits for standard returns are processed within 15 days of receiving and verifying the returned items.
Refunds will not exceed the actual purchase value of the product.
If products are returned due to reasons such as “did not like the product” or “ordered incorrect size,” the refund will be issued as store credit. If the order includes free stitching, free shipping, or any other promotional offer, these costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Any customisation or tailoring charges incurred during the order process are non-refundable.
Refunds for standard returns from Canada and Europe will exclude any customs charges initially paid by Cbazaar, as these duties are non-recoverable from local governments.
Certain items may be non-returnable, including personalised products or clearance items. Please check the individual product description for return eligibility before purchasing.
Cbazaar may reimburse local alteration charges as store credit, provided the following conditions are met.
Customers must seek written approval from Cbazaar’s customer care team at [email protected] before proceeding with any local alterations. Do not proceed until you receive a confirmation email.
Reimbursement for local alterations is capped at $30 USD per product or 50% of the product’s cost, whichever is lower. The reimbursed amount will be converted to the currency in which the original payment was made.
Cbazaar reserves the right to review and finalise alteration charges before processing any reimbursement.
In cases where delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or public holidays, Cbazaar will not process refunds, returns, or exchanges under either the Standard Return or CVG programme.
Original shipping and express shipping charges paid at the time of ordering are non-refundable. The 2-day delivery fee is also non-refundable in the case of returns under either programme.
