Love Aaj Kal

A modern love story, this movie attempts a comparison between the older and contemporary version of love. Jai (Saif Ali Khan) and Meera (Deepika Padukone), who are in love with each other, believe in being practical more than anything else. Hence, they attach much importance to career rather than love. Another love story (Veer and Harleen) running parallel but set in a different era shows how people believed in overcoming all obstacles for the sake of love. Changing times...Changing perspectives...But love finally triumphs.

The movie was quite successful thanks to its interesting storyline. Deepika's outfits were an instant hit. Fashionable yet ideal as everyday wear.
