  • Your first order has to be a Minimum purchase of USD 350. If your order is below this minimum threshold value, your order will not be processed.
  • After the first purchase, the minimum amount of the subsequent purchases has to be USD 350. There are no minimum quantity limits from henceforth.
  • We launch new products everyday. You will need to visit us every few days to review the collections. Even if there are no mandatory purchase after the first transaction, we would advise you to do some transaction on regular interval to benefit your business.
  • To keep your wholesale account active, you will however have to do a minimum transaction of USD 5000 over a period of 12 months (1 year). The account will automatically get deactivated in case the minimum value is not met. You shall be reminded of this and the difference of value at regular interval to keep you updated on your account status.
  • We will also be doing special schemes and offers on a regular basis. You would be intimated on this over mail, phone or voicemail on this. Our executives will always be at your service in case of any further clarification on the above process.

Returns Policy

We have a NO RETURN POLICY on wholesale shopping at Cbazaar. This means that items bought at wholesale prices would not be eligible of our Return Policy. As products are offered at competitive and wholesale prices, It would not be possible to accept returns of these products.

However, we do accept returns in case of an unfortunate situation wherein the goods have been damaged during transit. In such cases, the claim has to be forwarded to our executive over email/phone with the proof of damage (in photographs) for initiating the return process. Kindly note that the images sent in case of receipt of damaged merchandise, should clearly depict the damaged area, so as to take necessary actions on receipt of images. All such claims should be addressed within 48 hours of receipt of the goods at your premises.

Insurance

We cover insurance for all the wholesale orders shipped. This insures your transaction and safety of the goods. We would advise you to ensure that you take photograph of badly delivered package / partial content lost to ensure claims are fulfilled. All claim for refunds on grounds of damaged goods received should be accompanied with pictures and proof of damaged goods with a inspection certificate from a authorized insurance surveyor.

Custom Duties

All our orders are custom cleared at destination, by the carrier and door delivered. Custom duties are applicable at destination country as per the local laws. This amount will be borne by the wholesale buyer as per the applicable charges by the destination country. Similar amounts will be added in countries where VAT is applicable. You will have to check your local authorities on the same. We supply GSP certificates wherever required. * GSP applicable only for selected countries.
